TWG: DawnClan Assignment 2 {1/2}

_{Dewpaw's heart beat in his throat as he sprinted behind Mossheart, it was only a moment ago that Firepaw, panting and with eyes as large as saucers, burst into camp with the news that DawnClan was under siege. It had only taken Mossheart a few moments to organize the counter-attack- so with that, a gorgeous afternoon turned to one of fear and strife.
Dewpaw began to pick up other scents. SnowClanners... He felt pure anger in his chest, what were they doing? Who did they think they were, launching an attack on the newest clan? Dewpaw shook his head, No matter, if they want to play so early let them... we'll rip their icy hearts!
With a battlecry, Dewpaw and the rest of his clan mates burst into the clearing. It was pure chaos, bodies slammed into each other and sharp claws swung about like thorns in a storm. Dewpaw ducked as a mass loomed over him, but before he could face his foe, another grabbed his flank- scratching his back legs. He whirled, swiping a claw at the shadow, but only found air.
There are too many of them... Indeed, DawnClan was quite outnumbered and already some of his friends seemed unfit to fight any longer. We must join together as one, and double team them... if we spread out to far they'll pick us off with their sheer numbers!
"Owlpaw- Minkpaw" He yelled, finding them in the crowd "Stick together!"
With that he continued to leap about, spreading his message. But the battle was too dense, and he quickly found himself surrounded by SnowClan cats. too many...
Then suddenly another thought struck him. The trees! This is our territory and only WE know how to use it!
With that he fled the SnowClanners and took flight up the trunk of a knotted tree, feeling the cats below him snarling at his escape. But he didn't stop, he continued until he was surrounded in the thick newleaf vegetation. Just like Mossheart taught me...
From up here he had a lovely view of the madness, and too his dismay he recognized a cat off to the side bleeding.
"Stripedclaws!" He called, but he couldn't be heard over the fierce yowling and screaming below.
We need to end this quickly...
His heart beating he quickly found his mentor, singularly fighting a tom with grey fur and pale moon-like spots. If we doubleteam, and work together... He repeated to himself, aiming on the branch We can win!
Then he jumped, slamming down on the SnowClan warrior...}

oh my, so much drama, so much suspense
So it's DawnClan's first major battle and gosh do I hope we pull through
go underdogs! er... cats! either or.
